thousands, of targeted individuals who have reported being used in
non-consensual, extremely low frequency technology testing efforts, we
know are being spearheaded by military and law enforcement personnel.

THE HUM IS A GLOBAL ISSUE AND COMPLAINTS ALL OVER THE WORLD!
In 2013 after moving near a very large
USAF base, I begin to hear a distinct, intense, humming sound each and
every night turned on at times just after midnight, of which I could not
locate the source. I at first thought it was satellite delivered
through cell/microwave towers and possibly the microwave hum of towers
placed less than 1/4 of a mile apart all across the country.
I did an antennae search to see if there
was a microwave/cell tower present in the location of which I could hear
the beam entering my bedroom. I learned that neighboring locations
around me could be set up to deploy technology also by computer software
and the house in this direction behind surely was acting as part of the

It was by chance and a blessing that I
became aware of the deadly weaponized Hum’s existence and focus on me
specifically. Prior too, the after affect, the next morning, which
included a heavy feeling in my brain went unnoticed until it began to
happen frequently and with intensity. When I would wake to use the
restroom during the night is when the realization hit. Had I not, I
would have never known what is intentionally happening to me and
specifically during the hours of, typically, 3:30 a.m. until 6:30 a.m.
nor would I be aware of a horrendous, vicious, malicious, effort that is
relentlessly attacking me based on extremely low frequency technology,
of which overall is ongoing and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
typically.
Because I am heavily targeted, it was not
difficult, after the realization, for me to make a likely connection,
and immediate attempt to understand how this sound emanated, or that
the unique nerve racking hum sound as a part of a now highly escalated
operation around me. I did what I typically do. I started researching
for a possible cause of the hum for accuracy.
In research, I learned that many people,
globally, have reported the same dynamic as an identical, intense, hum,
and dating back with some 40 years. It is described as a powerful
sound, brain invasion and vibration. Today we know that most of he
technology in use today dates back decades in research, TESTING, and
development. However, scientist today trying to locate the source, were
reported to be unsure how the monotone hum was being used to irradiate
people, although most were positive that it does factually exists based
on numerous credible reports all over the world.
For 5 years, I slept under protective
material inside my bedroom and inside of a homemade bunker to deflect
severe directed energy weapon attacks while I tried to sleep each night.
Sleep deprivation is also key in these operations as part of Psy Ops.
I used material from Home Depot around my bed, R-Max, Thermasheath 3,
which is aluminum insulated foam typically used to sound proof buildings
by builders. It effectively blocked the searing pain of the heating
of tissue related to the ongoing energy weapons attacks, along with
bringing the powerful hum down to a dull roar, however, but only when
inside it.
During the day the hum, after a night of
intensity, is turned to a barely audible setting. This appears to be as
an effort to continue the obvious goal and impact. When I used head
gear purchased from an EMF frequency website. Then those in the
operation center watching me, working in shifts, apparently realizing it
effectiveness, believe it or not, actually commenting on the
effectiveness would cease as soon as I put it on. Comments are
continually through the satellite’s real time entry point in my ceiling
connecting this operation center effort. This increased my awareness,
in my case, of the factual synthetic method for the sound phenomenon.
However, if at anytime during the night my protective gear, came off,
the hum was immediately was deployed by the shift working from 10:30
p.m. until 6:30 a.m., laying low for the opportunity to use the hum. I
now believe it is some type of brain entrainment effort.
In September of 2014, finally getting
settled permanently, night after night, and to this day returned, I am
still the focus of this extremely low frequency hum penetrating and
radiating inside my head leaving my whole body vibrating. When it stops
for several weeks, and I not use the headgear, when I wake feeling, the
intentional after affect to my body, feeling as if I have been in a
train wreck, drained, weakened and tired, I also noticed that my memory
appeared to be affected. Many document also a disorienting affect and
extreme increased anxiety appearing to originate out of nowhere until
regained composure. I had to ask myself, how could I be so extremely
tired after getting almost 8 hours of sleep, which should have
revitalized my body and mind? The fact is, my body was being depleted,
by its attempt to fight off the extremely low frequency invasion, and
return to normal functioning throughout the night while I slept by
repeatedly attempting to combat the destructive capability of this
specific technology. To some it could appear even harmless. Who could
phantom that a hum noise could also become a covert, intentional,
possible, death sentence.
At times when I woke, I noticed the sound
had been increased to an unusually higher tone. After not hearing it
for days, I looked out the window to see if there was any evidence of a
possible cause in the direction it appeared to be originating. In the
darkness of the night sky, around 3:30 a.m., I could three drones with
flashing bright lights, in a triangular pattern, hovering above, in low
orbit, clearly, which are positioned around my residence with one in the
same area of which I could feel energy weapon attacks originate also
during the day also.
I have always known that the USAF is
playing a major role in the combined technology testing effort today,
and that this military branch are also highly involved in these
targeting using military personnel stationed within the US. However as
we now know, these efforts today are combined efforts in today’s
“Militarized Police State.”
The line once separating military
operations from the civilian populations have been blurred as several
states braced itself for Jade Helm set to begin July 15, 2015 as a
military, civilian effort. The fact is, the USAF is also the
Directorate of Directed Energy Weapons, and the US Army the Directorate
of Biometrics. The system used is a radio frequency biometric,
bio-coded weapon system, documented fully in a later blog, capable of
deployment and tracking based on a person’s human biometric signature,
and capable through handheld, portable, land, sea and a space-based
weapon system. Many targets report that military involvement focuses on
how close to any military installation a target lives to include Navy
or Marine basis. We know that the Washington Navy Yard shooter, Aaron
Alexis, said he was being targeted by ELF, from a Navy operation after
another tragedy.

Recently, as my exposure effort’s
continue, and my determination intensifies to bring before the public
the reality of a horrific program, and how several versions of patented
DOD termed “black Bag” technology is being used I wake with the humming
noise so intense that I became concerned with the need to insure that my
alkaline balance stayed in the normal range. Doctors find that when
this balance is off, cancer results and non-ionizing radiation could
certainly contribute to severe illness. Recognizing this, I knew that
my first priority to hopefully combat what was intentionally happening
would be the necessary to attempt to restore my body’s alkaline. I
decided on purchasing five gallons of alkaline water which is reported
to assist in the restoration of the body’s pH Balance.

truthfully hints at the likelihood of these specific attacks as being a
definite part of “The Program” and approved global testing efforts
everywhere, with definite involvement by the military within the USA,
specifically, and other countries. I have since 2010 actually seen
military personnel in uniform, following me from location to location
without a doubt and leaving locations within my neighborhood.
With this specific article, excerpted
below, I knew that the author was unbiased and accurately depicting
possibilities of how the technology is deployed. It struck a cord with
me when he said that psychiatry is also determining the complaints of
thousands of people, worldwide as mass delusions. In my opinion, this
statement is key in consideration of what we know is an ongoing
nonconsensual technology testing programs, as factual, and psychiatry’s
continued role and goal in assisting in keeping it hidden for government
interest, while playing a specific role and using public trust.
The overall awareness today of the
nonconsensual human guinea pig testing, as I have stated, numerous
times, are legal for military/law enforcement, and the very fact that
this hum is being deployed during the hours that the target experiences
deepest sleep, REM, hints at slow kill operations, 100%. And, it
appears, again, not only within the USA but globally of targets.
This article, and others on the subject,
also report that some have been so devastated by the relentless Hum that
they have committed suicide, which is not unrealistic when recognizing
many facets of these psychological operation which appear to focus on a
Standard Operating Procedure, reporting beamed suggestions, combined
with the use of ceaseless harassment, technologically, a major part of
this ruthless type of global program overall.
The very fact that when asked, the
military refused to, comment or substantiate, the reality of the
extremely low frequency hum is telling, some would argue. The fact is
millions are awakening to the revelation that electromagnetic, radio
wave, radio frequencies, aka, extremely low frequencies is the
foundation and characteristics of the various designs and types of a
biometric, bio-coded, weapon system in full use today, globally, capable
of deployment thought many methods.
The question is, “Can entire communities be used in these testing programs and are they?”
No doubt. As as shown by one of Great Britain’s foremost authorities,
related to Microwave human testing, Barrie Trower, reports that this is
just what is happening, and details efforts in a specific city in Great
Britain named Porton Down.
Barrie Trower is a retired British
physicist who was a microwave weapons expert who worked for the Royal
Navy and the British Secret Service, who came out of retirement to alert
the public.
Retired M15 officer, Barry Trower,
revealed extensive large scale experimentation in the city of Porton
Down. He details the testing of psychotronic weapons on the United
Kingdom public and estimates eight out of nine of the people involved
are profoundly influenced. He describes experiments where these weapons
have been tested using entire communities as factual, and describes how
assassins are created. He estimates, for example, a success rate of 80
– 90 percent in influencing and controlling people through psychotronic
mind control and the effects of extremely low frequencies saying:

programs, over a forty year period, they took 500,000 people. I know
they had pregnant women, children over the age of 4, Catholics, Muslims,
