Hungarian mayor: Israel behind Paris attacks
Szentgotthárd Mayor Gábor Huszár
says 'business circles which are likely backed by the Jewish state
are trying to pit Christian Europe against the Muslims,' but offers
apology after his comments were made public.
A mayor
of a city in Hungary has accused Israel of being behind the terror
attacks in Paris last month, but was quick to offer an apology after
a recording of his comments was leaked to local media
Speaking
during a November 16 council meeting over the expansion of a nearby
refugee camp, Szentgotthárd Mayor Gábor Huszár said: "Everyone
should just take my word for it. What happened in Paris is clear
evidence that certain business circles, dare I say business circles
which are likely backed by the Jewish state, are trying to pit
Christian Europe against the Muslims."
According
to media in the country, Huszár was trying to placate concerns over
the expansion of the refugee camp by arguing that the Muslim refugees
were not to blame for the November 13 attack in the French capital
that claimed the lives of 130 people.
Mayor Huszár is a member of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's ruling party. Orbán said after the events in Paris that "all the terrorists are basically migrants," and called on the European Union to "reevaluate what unites it, in light of the security challenges Europe has been facing in recent years."
Israel's Ambassador to Hungary, Ilan Mor, harshly condemned the mayor, saying his comments "again prove that there are those who have not learned from history and continue to propagate negative views and conspiracy theories against the Jewish state, Israel. Such statements have led to the great tragedy of Jews in Hungary. Unfortunately, these false and laughable statements were by a public figure, Szentgotthárd's mayor."
Following the release of the recording, Huszár apologized for his "unfortunate statement." In addition, the spokesman for the ruling Fidesz party said the mayor expressed a private opinion and that the party condemns all kinds of terrorism and believes ISIS is behind the terror attack in Paris.
Hungarian Foreign Ministry Péter Szijjártó said during a visit to Israel last month that Hungary is opposed to the decision to label products from the settlements.

"It's not effective and will not solve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict," Szijjártó said.

“No More Excuses” for Not Prosecuting Government Officials for Torture

NEARLY A YEAR AFTER THE RELEASE of the summary of the Senate Intelligence Committee report on CIA torture,
a major human rights group is calling for the immediate prosecution of
U.S. government officials responsible for authorizing and carrying out
the abuses.
In a detailed report titled “No More Excuses: A Roadmap to Justice for CIA Torture,” Human Rights Watch identifies a legal basis for prosecution of government officials and calls on the U.S. Attorney General’s office to appoint a special prosecutor to conduct criminal investigations into those responsible for post-9/11 torture. The report also calls for the release of the full text of the Senate report, which remains classified.
Among those the report calls on to be criminally investigated for their roles in authorizing torture are some of the leading figures of the George W. Bush administration, including former CIA Director George Tenet, Vice President Dick Cheney, National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice — and Bush himself.
“Nobody should be above the law, and there needs to be credible criminal investigations against both those who authorized and carried out abuses against detainees that amounted to a conspiracy to commit torture,” Laura Pitter, senior national security counsel at Human Rights watch and co-author of the report, told The Intercept on Tuesday. Although the names of many of those who actually tortured detainees remain unknown to the public, they are not unknown to the CIA and Department of Justice, Pitter added. “There’s no reason for the public to be kept in the dark about the worst of these abuses and who committed them. We need to see prosecutions at all levels of the torture program, including those who actually carried out torture.”
The 153-page report recounts in oft-excruciating detail the types of abuses that detainees suffered while in CIA custody, including detainees with broken feet being “forced to stand and walk on their injured legs for days while being subjected to standing sleep deprivation,” sexual abuse including “rectal feeding,” and the frequent use of “water-dousing,” a form of torture described as “virtually indistinguishable” from waterboarding.
Such abuses, which the Senate report investigated, represented those that went beyond the forms of torture that had been “authorized” by Bush administration officials. But Pitter said the torture tactics that were expressly validated by Bush administration lawyers need to be criminally investigated as well.
“The Bush administration concocted spurious legal rationales for its torture policies, such as the claim that high-ranking officials could be excused from legal liability because of the ‘necessity’ of torture,” Pitter said. “These were later removed because they had no basis in the law, but not before they were used to justify acts that were clearly criminal despite being nominally ‘authorized.'”
Like the Senate report, No More Excuses limits itself to abuses related to the CIA detention program. During the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan wide-ranging human rights abuses are also documented to have been carried out by members of the military alongside civilian contractors, including unauthorized practices such as rape and murder. Despite this bracketing of focus, a decision Pitter said was taken for the sake of practicality, the report nonetheless shows how abuses first authorized for the CIA program ended up influencing detention practices in military facilities abroad, particularly through the efforts of former Gen. Geoffrey Miller, who served as a commander at Guantánamo and later went on to propose interrogation guidelines for use by forces in Iraq.
Citing political obstacles and a maxim of “looking forward, not backwards,” the Obama administration has not criminally prosecuted those responsible for torture and other human rights abuses during the Bush era. Despite this refusal, the United States remains a party to the United Nations Convention on Torture, a treaty ratified under U.S. law that imposes a legal requirement to prosecute government officials responsible for the torture program.
Referring to this treaty and calling on Obama to act in accordance with it, the Human Rights Watch report also puts on notice a number of other countries around the world — specifically European Union nations and Canada — where grounds exist to pursue criminal cases against the former U.S. government officials responsible for the program should the U.S. government fail to act.
Above all, Pitter said, it is important that there be some form of criminal responsibility for torture in order to solidify the international consensus against it. “Not prosecuting individuals responsible for torture is really dangerous,” she said. “The U.S. was instrumental in drafting the United Nations Convention Against Torture, and brazenly ignoring its own treaty obligations provides a ready excuse for other countries to begin ignoring them as well.”

Cops Didn’t Know this Camera Caught them Deleting Video of the Murder of Laquan McDonald

Chicago, IL — Accused of deleting the surveillance video of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald’s death, several officers appeared in recently released screenshots tampering with Burger King’s computers before the footage mysteriously disappeared. Although 86 minutes of the surveillance video have gone missing, including the moment that McDonald was gunned down, Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez claims no one tampered with the footage.
Surrounded by officers and suspected of breaking into cars on October 20, 2014, Laquan McDonald, 17, was attempting to walk away from a group of Chicago cops when Officer Jason Van Dyke exited his patrol car. According to initial reports, McDonald was armed with a knife and lunged at Officer Van Dyke. Fearing for his life and the lives of his fellow officers, Van Dyke shot the teen in the chest out of self-defense.
But according to witness statements and police dashcam video, McDonald was walking away when Van Dyke opened fire. After McDonald had collapsed to the ground in a near-fetal position, Van Dyke continued firing his weapon until emptying his clip. As Van Dyke began reloading his gun, a fellow officer had to order him to cease firing at the dying
Before McDonald’s family could even file a lawsuit, the city gave them a $5 million settlement on the condition that the family agreed not to publicly release the dashcam footage of the teen’s death. After suppressing the video for 13 months, the city received a court order to release the footage. The city released the dashcam video last week, which clearly shows McDonald did not lunge at the officers before the fatal shooting.
In May, Burger King district manager Jay Darshane accused officers of deleting the security footage after spending over three hours in the fast food restaurant on the night of the shooting. According to Darshane, the video equipment was working properly, but 86 minutes of footage, from 9:13 p.m. to 10:39 p.m., disappeared after the officers left.
Charged with first-degree murder, Van Dyke fired his first shot at 9:57 p.m. When asked if he was certain that the officers deleted the footage of the killing, Darshane answered, “Yes.”
Unable to clearly explain why the 86 minutes disappeared, Police Supt. Garry McCarthy blamed the missing files on technical difficulties. At a press conference last week, Cook County State’s Attorney Anita Alvarez asserted that no one had tampered with the Burger King surveillance video. When asked who conducted the forensic testing, Alvarez did not appear to know the answer.
Alvarez responded, “That’s all I’m going to say on this.”
On Monday, NBC5 obtained screenshots taken from a surveillance video inside Burger King on the night of McDonald’s death. The photos appear to show officers using the computer console that recorded the fatal shooting. Although the police department and state’s attorney claim the officers did not delete those 86 missing minutes, remember that this information is coming from the same cops who initially lied about the shooting and the same officials who suppressed the police dashcam video for 13 months.

Conspiracy Theorists Vindicated: HAARP Confirmed Weather-manipulation Tool
Catherine J. Frompovich
Activist Post
The most damning aspersion that can be lobbed against any person, or the exposure of “secret government activity,” overwhelmingly is “Conspiracy Theorist.” That pejorative ‘handle’ is equated with imbecile mind-activity with aspersions often suggested as ‘tin hat wearers’. Well, step aside all you doubters and listen up carefully to what took place in the halls of Congress on May 14, 2014 regarding the weather modification system known as HAARP.
to managing the ionosphere, what the HAARP was really designed to do, to inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to actually control it… [CJF emphasis added]Furthermore, the U.S. Air Force intends to dismantle the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) in Gakona, Alaska, by or during the summer of 2014! [1]

Built at a cost of more than $290 million, the site has 180 antennas on 30 acres that are used to direct energy into the ionosphere, which is 55 miles to 370 miles above the Earth, and monitor changes in the flow of charged particles. Stevens was the godfather of HAARP, which he helped start two decades ago with annual earmarks slipped into the defense budget. [1]
It seems that no research facility can be found to take over the HAARP Alaska facility. Could that be an indication that the weather modification system is regarded unfavorably? I find that as a possibility and extremely interesting, especially in view of all the technology that was invested and built into it. If no one wants to continue operating HAARP, will the State of Alaska be interested in it for education research purposes? But then, maybe HAARP-at-sea-ships, i.e., the Tesla Weapon Platform SBX-1, probably will be the most effective ‘on-site’ HAARP facility rather than one remotely stationary on land.
However, there are numerous HAARP facilities in other countries around
the globe that the Tesla Weapon Platform SBX-1 possibly could interact
with. But then, we have to wonder what Assistant Secretary Walker was
referring to when he stated that they got out of HAARP Alaska what they
wanted and were moving on…moving on to what?
May 2nd, 2014, I published “What’s With the Weather and Chemtrails?” Readers may want to review in light of the latest “bombshell” acknowledgement by Walker at a Congressional hearing.
Conspiracy theories and theorists truly have been vindicated about HAARP.Knowing the dogged research we, who are proclaimed ‘tin hat theorists’, perform and circulate, this writer feels extremely confident that other information regarded as ‘conspiracy theories’ about vaccines and other ‘sacred cow’ secrets also will be vindicated at some forthcoming date—just when, who knows—since it all depends upon who has the integrity to stand up and tell the facts of what’s been going on that the U.S. media, press, TV, and controllers won’t permit be made public until it’s too late to get objection going to stop the destruction of the planet and humankind.
For those still inclined to deny the facts, here are TV weather persons talking about, showing and admitting to weather geoengineering, plus dramatic statements.
It’s graduation time, theorists. Throw your tin hats into the air and let them fall wherever they may land. Hopefully, they will land on some mainstream media journalists’ heads so they can wear them and become empowered to tell the facts of what’s really going on.
